We've talked a lot on the show about how redevelopment of the Ports O'Call in San Pedro, CA will likely mean our studio is destined to have a date with the wrecking ball. The same is true for our valued partner, Ports O'Call Waterfront Dining, often referred to as the Ports O'Call Restaurant. Restaurant Owner, Jayme Wilson visits the studio and pours out his heart about the dozens of people his employs, what could happen and when, and whether there is a glimmer of hope that our studio and the historic restaurant can be saved.
Later in the hour, Bee expert, Lynn Brunelle, author of "Turn This Book into a Beehive" visits to discuss what's killing bees. She also offers tips on how to make your garden bee-friendly.
Stew Herrera and Skylar Cuarisma co-host with Phil Hulett, and this hour features stories about poo. Yup, poo. You will find out which Zoo is giving away 5 pound buckets of feces. There's the growing debate over toilet paper and weather the wasteful west should switch to bidets. Added to the pooversation is a train, loaded with human poop, stuck in a tiny town for weeks and driving the townspeople nuts with the putrid aroma. Bet you didn't see this coming...Scrunchies are back! Here's one for you, the condom snorting challenge is really catching on. (What's the matter with kids these days?) Does wearing tight jeans lead to having a transgender baby? Enjoy your bonus kale salad. And finally, the list of celebrities under 5'5".
